SYF Physical Form

Physicals MUST be dated after April 1st

ALL levels of Football and Cheerleading are required to have a physical on file by the first day of practice. Practice begins July 14th at Anderson River Park Soccer Field. We will move to Volonte Park, August 5th.
Practice Schedule:
Mon-Thurs 6pm to 8:30pm (8u cheer and football ends at 8pm)
Practice Schedule after school begins:
Tues-Thurs 6pm to 8pm (8u cheer and football ends at 7:30pm)
